We’re a boutique studio in the heart of Santa Catalina offering small group classes in reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, and yoga - we’re all about movement that feels fun, energising, and beautifully delivered. Our mission is to create an experience, not just a workout — think high-energy classes, gorgeous aesthetics, chilled post-class towels and playlists that hits just right.

APPLY NOW

YOU ARE:

  • Fully qualified in reformer Pilates or Barre
  • Able to legally work as a freelancer in Spain
  • A confident, creative teacher who brings positive energy and expert knowledge to every class
  • Comfortable teaching in English or Spanish (preferably both!)
  • Available to teach at least 3 classes per week
  • Reliable, warm, professional - and aligned with Balu’s elevated but playful brand
  • Preferably – happy to contribute in social media creation for the studio

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • €30/hour for Barre classes
  • €35/hour for reformer Pilates classes
  • A stunning studio space, supportive community, and a brand that genuinely values its instructors
  • Opportunities to grow with us as we expand – opportunities to teach at events and retreats
  • A space that you can use to create content for your classes (outside of class times)

Drop us a short email telling us a bit about you, your teaching style, and why you think you’d be a great fit for Balu. Keep it casual — we want to get a feel for you, not just your CV.

If we think you're a match, we'll invite you to the studio for a friendly chat and ask you to teach a short 20-30 minute section of a class so we can get to know your vibe and style.
