Balu Studios is launching soon - and we’re looking for vibrant, passionate instructors to join our freelance teaching team!
We’re a boutique studio in the heart of Santa Catalina offering small group classes in reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, and yoga - we’re all about movement that feels fun, energising, and beautifully delivered. Our mission is to create an experience, not just a workout — think high-energy classes, gorgeous aesthetics, chilled post-class towels and playlists that hits just right.
We’re building a team of instructors who care about vibes, form, and community just as much as we do.
YOU ARE:
Fully qualified in mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, or yoga
Able to legally work as a freelancer in Spain
A confident, creative teacher who brings positive energy and expert knowledge to every class
Comfortable teaching in English and Spanish (preferably both!)
Available to teach at least 3 classes per week
Reliable, warm, professional - and aligned with Balu’s elevated but playful brand
Preferably – happy to contribute in social media creation for the studio
WHAT WE OFFER:
€30/hour for mat Pilates & yoga classes
€35/hour for reformer Pilates classes
